Elements of Yoga is based in the Perth Hills and offers gentle Hatha Yoga Classes, Mantra and Nāda Yoga Workshops, Kirtan and Weekend Retreats.

Our aim is to teach Yoga in a holistic way that supports bringing body, mind and spirit back into harmony.
