“Helen was introduced to me by my daughter about 15 months ago.  I had just relocated to Mundaring and had been through some personal trauma.  I knew Yoga would help me but wasn’t sure where I wanted to go.  I am so happy that it’s Helen’s class that I joined.  Her type of Yoga practices is absolutely perfect for me in every way.  She’s a beautiful, calm, kind, and nurturing person and this shows in how she presents her Yoga class.  It has benefited me in so many ways, especially in connecting my breathing with the movements of my body, slow enough for me to concentrate on listening to how my body reacts to postures and making sure I do them correctly, so as not to injure myself or exacerbate a current injury.  Emotionally afterwards I’m in a much more peaceful, grounded state and am slowly getting my muscles stronger.  Added bonus is that I have met some lovely people who attend her classes.  I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.  I find her style of Yoga awesome.”
