Current Classes

Classes are offered at “Cafe Mojo Community Center” in Harmony Hall previously known as the Mundaring Wellness Center, with more intimate classes offered from the Akasha Yoga Space (private residence) in Stoneville.

All levels of ability are welcome to join as classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students. We offer gentle, slow paced and non-competitive Yoga with each session being 1.5 hrs in duration. Each class includes postures to gently strengthen and stretch the body, breathing techniques to harmonize the vital energy and Yoga Nidra or an alternative meditation practice to calm the mind.

Sound Healing & Yoga

1 hr 30 mins - $40.00

Fill your cup with a nourishing Yoga & Live sound session with Harishakti and Shiloh(Storme). A beautiful way to end the working week and support you in letting go of any accumulated stress held in the body/mind. This offering will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized.

 

Akasha Yoga Space - private residence

This is an intimate class accommodating max of 6 students. Ideally suited to experienced students that have attended classes with Elements of Yoga previously.

Thurs 10.00 am Beginners

6 week course @ A$120.00

A gentle intro into simple Yoga practices for developing mindfulness in everyday life each class is 90 min in duration and covers a variety of practices to support your health & well being.
